You'll Need:

1 large banana, chopped, 1 large, ripe mango, 200ml semi-skimmed milk (or milk alternative) 200ml fresh orange juice, 3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt. To serve, crushed ice. 

 

Make it: 

1) Peel the mango and discard the stone. Roughly chop and put into blender or food processor. 

2) Add the remaining ingredients, PUT ON THE LID :) and blitz until smooth and thick. 

3) Pour over crushed ice and enjoy!
