Delays or Issues

We partner with trusted carriers, but delays can occasionally happen due to customs, weather, or busy periods.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please reach out and we’ll help resolve it.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at hello@intrepidyouth.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.

  • Switzerland, Norway & Iceland
  • Selected international markets (including UAE, Australia, Singapore & more — check availability at checkout)

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Our products are:
