Returns & Refund Policy – Intrepid Youth

We want you to feel confident and supported when choosing Intrepid Youth. If something’s not right, we’re here to help make it right.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, if:

  • The item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Due to the nature of supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, unless damaged or faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong product

Please use a tracked service and retain your shipping receipt. We’re not liable for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect

Please contact us at hello@ntrepidyouth.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We’ll resolve the problem quickly—either by replacing, refunding, or crediting your order.

International Returns & Refund Policy – Intrepid Youth

We’re proud to ship our teen-focused wellness products worldwide and want every customer — no matter the country — to be satisfied. Due to the complexity of international logistics, please read the following carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility for International Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your shipment if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
  • The item is not restricted or prohibited for re-entry into the UK

Unfortunately, due to strict international health and safety laws, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements under any circumstance.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, tampered or partially used items
  • Perishable or near-expiry stock
  • Final sale or promotional items
  • Items held or refused by customs in your country

Refunds

If your return is approved and received in good condition:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping, customs duties and VAT are non-refundable
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days once the product reaches our warehouse

We do not offer exchanges for international orders — please reorder separately.

How to Return International Orders

  1. Email us at hello@intrepidyouth.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide a return address.
  3. Ship the item using a tracked international courier.
  4. Mark the return as “RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” on customs paperwork to avoid further import charges.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged package
  • An incorrect item
  • Or something is missing

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging and item
  • Brief description of the issue

We will issue a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and your location.

Important Customs Note

We are not responsible for delays, refusals or confiscations by customs authorities. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The product is legal for import into their country
  • Correct shipping address and local tax ID (if applicable) are provided
